RSVP Transparency Policy.

Step 1: Please choose one from the following three narrative options as your identification on RSVP monthly state of account blog:

Option 1: Full first name and surname

Option 2: Only first name and day and month of birth (dd/mm)

Option 3: Anonymous (here RSVP will allocate a unique number i.e. Anonymous3000)

Step 2: Please email treasurer and/or cordinator to advise RSVP of a donation.

How does RSVP ensure your money goes to the right people?

Rather than entrusting the money to individuals for daily shopping or food stocking , RSVP pays a caterer who won the competition each fortnight according the number of kids who turned up at school and school days in that particular period.

With number of kids and school meal days in a fortnight known, a cheque co-signed by the Church minister, head teacher and Rwandan Coordinator is then issued to the caterer. The chequebook itself is kept by the Rwandan coordinator.
