WORK REPORT

The project progress: The project was successful as I had not incurred any loss.

What went well: Children were well catered for, we didn’t have any problem with the project management, we had been well paid and none of us breached the contract.

What went wrong: Nothing went wrong as we could get the entire proposed menu and we were able to provide services as agreed.

What I would like to suggest for change: Concerning the Friday menu, I would like to ask to replace potatoes with sweet potatoes because, on many occasions, we don’t get them; and when we do, they are so expensive that we don’t recover the daily expenses.

I would also like to ask for a ticket to the Bank (to cash cheques- info in brackets added by Simon Mbarushimana).

If I get a tender to cater for 200 children, I will do it as usual without any problem. It is obvious that I will increase the quantity served according to children’s number and surely it will be very successful.
