Chapter 7: Bursary monitoring: Money will be paid out at the beginning of each term once the secondary school invoice bearing the name of the candidate has been received and authenticated. Direct payment into the secondary school’s bank account will be preferred.
Apart from the first term of the year, subsequent payments will depend on the kids’ marks, which have to be sent to the Rwandan coordinator as soon as a term is completed. The latter will be photocopied and filed.
Chapter 8: Expected Return from Bursaried Kids: Each "summer" holiday, these kids, without coercion and on voluntary basis, will be encouraged to help at the primary school with tasks consistent with their increasing knowledge and skills.
This could well include basic data collection for RSVP; motivating their juniors at the primary school etc...
