Secondly, this would inevitably lead to daily complaints related to menu comparisons. Finally, the security of kids, who would start to disappear into closely built up areas every lunch time, would not be guaranteed.

Setting up a catering policy that disregards tested and proven contenders would rob RSVP and the beneficiary community a chance of seeing incremental improvements in the level of service that can only be accumulated over time.

For example, the current caterer has already attained a level of organization and has already made lasting relations as far as buying goods in bulk goes; she does also have a catering team, catering place (renting); and is trusted by the Rwanda team and rated well by former P6 kids.

Furthermore, with the inflation worries i.e. increases of cost of food whilst receiving fixed 300 RFW/meal, multiple caterers might lead to financial losses which may be minimized by the economy of scale expected when one or a few caterers serve a large number of kids.
